Dean heard a knock coming from the bunker; he halfway jumped at the noise. As Dean opened the door a look of relief washed across his face when he saw who was on the other side, "Cas, you're okay." He quaked.

"Dean, I need help, I messed up, Metatron took my grace." Cas look terrified. Dean was not sure what to do, but he did know that he was happy Cas was safe. "Dean, the angels, they fell from heaven." Cas said visibly upset, quivering with fear. "It's my entire fault, I was so naïve."

Cas, you did what you thought was right." Dean said trying to calm an upset Cas down. "Cas, just chill out, are you hungry?"

Cas' emotions evaporated from his expressions, and was replaced with a quizzical look, "Yes, I believe so." Dean hopped up and searched for the pie they had bought earlier. Cas intently watched Dean place the slice of pie onto the plate as Cas' stomach grumbled with what seemed like an insatiable hunger. "Eat, you'll feel better," Dean said, quoting Professor Lupin from Harry Potter. As Cas ate Dean could see the fear and guilt fade from Cas' icy blue eyes and a smile came onto Dean's face simultaneously. "Dean, what are you happy about?" a puzzled Cas, asked.

"It's just here we are, you're human, and you're eating pie." Dean laughed out. Cas still looked a little puzzled and this did not escape Dean's notice. After Cas was done Dean led him to a room so he could sleep. Dean gazed upon the little ex-angel as he slept, not wanting to leave in case Cas need something. Cas was sound asleep when Dean heard the door open and close, meaning Sam and Kevin were back. "Sam, Cas is back, and very human." Dean revealed.

"Is he okay? Where is he?" Sam demanded.

"He's fine; I gave him some pie and put him to sleep." Sam satisfied with this answer slumped into the closest available chair, while Kevin went back to translating the Angel tablet.
