Rebirth

I ask myself, what now can this place be?

This place now overgrown with trees.

This place which has come back to life,

Stemming from a time of strife.

Still remember reddened skies,

As we all hid so petrified.

Saw a league of heroes, fighting near,

For our world, all we hold dear.

One in blue and one in red,

One in black, a man of dread.

One Amazon and one machine,

One with hairdo most unclean.

Some of them we know by name,

And from our praise we won't refrain.

As we can again call this place home,

As among the grass we roam.
