Author's Note-I do not own the Outsiders
The air was hot and sticky as a young women moved swiftly through the forest, her black-blue hair shone brightly in the afternoon sun. She glanced over her shoulder, a look of pure terror plastered on her face. Three more figures ran behind her.
"Faster Kira!" she hissed. The blonde sneered, but didn't protest the females harsh words. The dark haired girl burst into a small clearing where she skidded to a hault. A redhead soon appeared too followed by another set of panting girls.
"What is it Chloe?" the redhead asked, her green eyes searching her sisters's face. Chloe looked away, her lips in a firm line.
"We have to leave," she replied. The smallest female, a brunette with crazy yellow eyes whinned.
"But why?" she asked. Chloe looked up at the sky.
"We need to start over-" she began, but Kira interrupted her.
"Bullshit! For once in your life you need to give us a straight answer," she howled. Chloe bared her teeth and crept to the smaller girl.
"Watch who you talk to," she growled. Kira stepped back, a faint growl rumbled in her throat.
"We've been here to long Kat," she explained. The redhead, who had been silently watching the exchange between her sisters spoke.
"Chloe's right," she said. Chloe nodded to her younger sibling.
"Thank you Bridget," she whispered. As her sisters got into a small group to discuss their next location Chlie turned away and help a small piece of clothing to her chest. Tears ran down her face as she fingered the small bloody shirt pocket.
"I'm so sorry" she whispered.
