"My turns were sloppy, my body was stiff, and I wasn't into it." I was driving my sister, Ella, home from her audition. Personally I thought she did exceptionally well, but I wouldn't know because I know nothing about dancing. My mom tried to get me to take lessons but all I would do in class was make fun of all the other fish faced girls.

You're probably wondering who I am. I am the one, the only Maximum Ride. I'm seventeen; I'll be turning eighteen in a few months. I have three siblings Ella, Nudge, and Angel. I love them all, even if we're not all blood related.

We finally reach home I walk inside and am greeted by Angel and Nudge. They look at Ella and can tell she's kind of ticked off.

Nudge asks me in a hushed voice, "How'd it go?"

My reply was, "She did amazing as usual, but she refuses to admit it," I said this loudly and gave a pointed look to Ella. She just huffed and went upstairs into her room.

"Did she get the part?" asked Angel.

The look on her face was so adorable. I told her we wouldn't know until later. She said that if they didn't pick Ella they were obviously stupid. I ruffled her hair and told her to get ready for bed and that mom wouldn't be home until late so id read her a bedtime story instead tonight. She jumped up and down with glee, and then dashed off to get ready and pick out a book.

I looked over at nudge. She was talking on the phone and giggling. I told her to say hello to Iggy for me and to not stay up to late. She nodded and started giggling again.

After reading to angel, and kissing her goodnight, I was finally able to go to bed. There is only one thing that I love more than sleep and it's called cookies. And since I didn't I have my nap today, you can't even imagine how exhausted I am. So I run and jump into my bed and immediately fall asleep. Only to be called out of my room by my mother. Great what could she want?
