I blink, trying to clear my eyes. Something's wrong, I just can't remember what it is. I lift my head from his shoulder and smile at him. He smiles back but there's something in his eyes that's not right.

The world is spinning around us, but that fact disturbs me a lot less than it should.

"Weren't we supposed to be doing something?"

"No, we're right where we need to be."

His lips brush against mine and we keep dancing, our feet moving easily to the soft music. I lay my head back on his shoulder, still sure that there was something… I'm missing something, forgetting it every time I look at him.

The world spins around us, never ending.

"When does the dance end?"

"It doesn't, love. We'll dance until we die."

This doesn't alarm me like it should.

And so we keep dancing.

"What happens then?"

"Then? Then we'll have our forever."

I just stare at his neck. Moving anything but my legs and feet takes a lot of energy, but I manage to summon up my last bit of strength and lift my head once more.

"Blaine?"

"Yes, Kurt?"

"I love you."

His lips ghost across mine.

"I love you too."

Something in his eyes is not right.

But we keep dancing.
