This is a one-shot songfic of "All This Time" by Britt Nicole. I do not own Black Rock Shooter or "All This Time."

I remember the moment I remember the pain I was only a girl, but I grew up that day

A five-year-old Mato Kuroi sat around the corner, listening to her parents' fighting. They were arguing again about money issues and Mato thought she heard her name in the mix. Was it my fault? She thought. Is it my fault Mama and Papa are fighting?

Tears were falling. I know you saw me.

Mato laid down on her bed, crying heavily. "Why Papa?" She asked no one in particular. "Why are you and Mama fighting?"

Black Rock Shooter walked towards a clashing sun and moon. They're at it again. She thought.

Hiding there in my bedroom, so alone. I was doing my best trying to be strong.

Kagari was at it again, scaring away another friend Yomi had tried to make. Yomi didn't want to leave Kagari, but this couldn't continue.

No one to turn to.

Yuu sat alone in a corner of the dirty apartment that her father and his girlfriend lived together, hardly paying attention to Yuu.

That's when I met you.

Kagari stared up at the girl that resembled her, but had paler skin and her legs ended in wheels, slightly like Kagari's wheelchair. "Who are you?" Kagari dared to ask.

"I'm the Other you." The girl replied. "Chariot."

All this time from the first tear cried.

Mato looked up at the girl who had told her that her name was Black Rock Shooter. "Are you really fighting for me?" Mato asked.

"Yes." Black Rock Shooter cried. "Ever since you were born."

Till today's sunrise

Yomi looked at the sunset with an encouraged smile. No matter how much pain Kagari caused her, she wouldn't have to face it alone. Dead Master would fight with her.

And every single moment between

Kagari smiled as she headed to Yomi's home. Finally she had met someone who was almost entirely like her. Chariot. Her champion.

You were there, you were always there.

Yuu walked towards school with a rare smile on her face. Her Strength would help her through out the day, as she always had been.

It was you and I.

Black Gold saw all the Other Selves fighting for the ones they cared so deeply about. She knew that if they could, the girls would be fighting along side them.

You've been walking with me all this time.
