A/N: So, I figured I'd throw this one-shot out while my computer is down. I'm working on my character's read story right now also. This was just kind of drawn out of the pit of nothing in my head. Hope you like it.
Sally's POV
Percy was coming home. Excitement rushed through Sally. No more wars, no more surprises… everything was good.
"Sally?"
She realized her husband, Paul, had been calling for her. "I'm in the office!" She called to him. Oh, she was so glad to have found Paul. She knew it broke his heart when she would finch sometimes as he'd go to play with her hair. She didn't used to think her life was anything. The only reason she'd kept herself strong was for her son which wasn't a bad reason to stay alive, but now she had a wonderful father for her son. Sally couldn't help but be a little frustrated with Poseidon. He only loved Percy for his heroic deeds that made him look good as a god. He didn't love him as a son.
"Sal, the cookies are done."
"Oh, good, I must have not heard the timer ding." She pecked his lips and went out into the kitchen.
Just as she pulled the cookie tray out of the oven the apartment door bell rung. She could hear voices outside the door. Opening it, Percy and Annabeth stood in the hallway. She hugged both of them.
"Was your drive okay?" Sally asked them.
"Your son is a reckless driver, Mrs. Jacks—Blofis."
"Percy," She warned.
"I didn't break any laws."
Eye roll from Annabeth, "Except speeding."
"We were fine."
"Well, I made cookies. They're a little crispy though. I left some cookie dough also in case you enjoy that."
Percy and Annabeth rushed to the kitchen.
"Have you noticed a change in them?"
"Sally, my dear, I think you're just looking for excuses for them to date," Paul chuckled.
"I wouldn't mind her as a daughter in-law."
PAGEBREAK
First person Sally
High-pitched giggling came from Percy's bedroom. I wished they wouldn't speak so much in Greek so I could understand them. I hoped they were flirting; though, the door was shut… I really didn't want any grandchildren yet. Who was kidding they're not even together yet…yet.
I was nearly about to throw a tantrum. Okay not literally, but I was close. I really liked them together.
I wish I could I wasn't turning into a 'fangirl' who 'ships' people together. Especially shipping my son with his best friend, but I was a writer so…
I also wish I could say Paul didn't have to pull me away from listening into Percy's door trying to figure out what was going on.
"I'm a bad mother, aren't I?"
"No, Sally you're not a bad mother," Paul assured.
"I feel like a bad mom."
Suddenly the laughing and chatting stopped from Percy's bedroom. Paul and I both grew curious. We sat on either side of his door. I couldn't figure out what sound it was behind the door, but that was defiantly noises… oh dear Lord.
Moans… female moans.
Percy was doing something to make that sound come out of Annabeth.
Paul's eyes grew big. I felt like mine were going to fall out of my head. Paul motions me to go back in the living room.
I watch him from around twenty feet away. Paul knocks on the door. Loud.
"Are you two having sex?"
"Oh dear Lord."
"No!"
"We're only kissing."
"Percy, you're not supposed to tell them anything!"
"Oh my..."
