Lets try something different...

On va commencer...

Some preferred to stare at the sky.

The sky had the piercing blue stare of a free expanse, a smooth blanket of azure billowing in the patrolling clouds and colliding with the angular formations of traveling birds. The sky continued forever, and gently cradled the sun as it rose with timid pink, and set with passionate red. Its soaring depths trapped one in varying shades of blue, arcing across the land, with no imperfections.

Some preferred to stare at flowers.

Flowers came in such diverse shapes and shades, conversing together in gardens and complementing each other to paint the bleak soil with soft petals. The flowers would start out as naive buds, an eager green, but soon the flower unfurled, beautiful and haunting as it reached towards the air it could not reach. Soon the flowers bore their true forms, a kaleidoscope of ethereal hues. The flowerbeds grew fragrant and dense with the graceful aroma of blushing blossoms.

Some preferred to stare at women.

They cheerfully meandered through the camp grounds, nurturing smiles upon their faces. Tender lips, kissable and rosy in color, and sparkling eyes, capturing men in the suffocating orbs. Elegant figures, with pleasing hips and a thin waste, crawling up to a pair of ample breasts, peeking through their glamorous clothes. They blissfully chatted with others, enticed men with their seductive smirks and pulled them in with their tempting hourglass frames.

Soren preferred to stare at the moon.

Because the moon was lonely. It could only show its glowing face in the night sky, disliked by the daylight. Although it was surrounded with enchanting stars, mischievously twinkling in their vast numbers, the moon could only lay by itself in the black. Its pale face peered down curiously onto the sleeping forms of people, but its luminosity was not valued as deeply as the flaming radiance of the sun. The moon was simply a decoration in the sky, in absence of the sun, no matter how many times it waxed and waned.

Because the sky would become unpleasant and frightening if a storm came. The menacing gray clouds conspired together and threw destructive blasts of wind to the earth. Flowers would soon die in their fragility, rearing their ugly stems. As soon as the deceiving feathered hats in boisterous colors were removed, flowers were simply thorns. The same was true with women. They would try to appear beautiful and kind, but as soon as they were threatened, they became traitorous and vicious.

Unlike the moon, standing solitary and mysteriously shining from its somber position in the night, untouchable, and otherworldly.

Soren would lay outside on chilly nights, wrapped in numerous robes, to stare at the moon, who happily gazed back.

"Soren?"

"Mm?"

"I love you."

"Love you too."

The two slowly kissed in the moonlight, cradled by her white beams.

Ike preferred to stare at Soren.

Aww, I can't stop making these pointless one shots! Ike and Soren are soo cute! Often, I have no idea how my stories will end, but I figure it out about halfway there. But this time, I knew from the start that I wanted to the last line to say that. I'm getting hardly any reviews lately!! PLEASE review! Or I won't write anymore! Just kidding, but I'll feel less inclined to.
