[Persistent Poking]

(Normal POV)

Beep. Beep. Beep.

Who ever invented alarm clocks should just die.

Amu groaned out in annoyance before reaching her hand out from under the sheets and banging on it with much force. The beeping immediately died down and she snuggled back into her pillow and sighed deeply as the comfort of the silk sheets and fluffy pillows engulfed her once more. She, then, closed her eyes and just as she was about to fall back into a deep sleep, she felt poking to her side.

"Damn it; why are you poking me?" she asked irritably after a while; the poking continued and became more forceful. She growled and turned to face the source of the poking.

"Ikuto!" she snapped, "Stop. Poking. Me." A sly smirk adorned his facial features and his sapphire blue eyes clouded over with mischief; he rested his head in his palm, which was supported by his elbow.

"Then get up," was his reply. She stuck her tongue out at him and then reached for his hand and flung it off of her side. She rolled back over and drew the sheets further up her body.

"Amu," she suddenly heard; the way he said her name caused pleasant shivers to run up her spine, however, she was not giving up that easily.

"What?" she hissed, "Can't you see I'm trying to sleep?"

"We'll be late for school...again."

"Bite me," she mumbled stubbornly into the pillow. He sighed; drastic times, he thought, calls for drastic measures. Just then, he started trailing light and erratic butterfly kisses, all over her neck. She desperately tried not to give into him but her voice betrayed her, as she gave a small but audible moan which caused him to go further down and to her collarbone.

"Mmm, Ikuto," she breathed out. He continued on like that for a while and as he did, he slowly reached out his hand in the direction of his pillow.

"Amu," he murmured on her skin.

"Hmm?" He smirked widely.

"Get up." Just then, he took up the pillow swiftly and began to hit her with it.

"H-Hey!" she screamed, "Stop!" He laughed and continued hitting her until feathers started flying everywhere. She tried to shield herself with her hands but her attempts proved futile. After a while, she growled, sat up - somehow through all the feathers and hits - reached for her pillow and began hitting him as well.

"Dammit Ikuto!" she shouted, not being able to get many hits in. He grinned and stopped.

"OK, OK, I'll have mercy on you." She stared at him blankly and then suddenly hit him with the pillow which caused him to fall off of the bed - the hit wasn't strong enough to send him flying whereas the suddenness of the motion caused him to lose balance and fall backwards. He grunted as he collided with the floor and she crawled over to the edge to look down on him.

"That's what you get!" she said then she stuck out her tongue.
