So I signed up to this one website I found and I got sent an ebook that had a writing challenge so I thought I will try it out.
There are 30 challenges for 30 days. You are supposed to follow each prompt for each day and write for 10 minutes but I am changing it to 20 minutes just because I can. These will be just a little drabble but by the end of the 30 days I want you guys to pick out a prompt that you think will turn into a good long fic and you can vote for which one I should write about. (:
Disclaimer: Own nothing. Prompts belong to a website called Creative Writing Now. (:
This is my first time writing Swan Queen fics so hope you like it!
Rating: T for now. I haven't read all the prompts because I want them to be a surprise but if my drabbles turn M then I will let you guys know.

Day 1.
Your character moves into a new apartment/house. On the surface, the place seemed ideal, but her first night there, your character discovers a terrible problem with the place that she didn't take into account...
Emma had just brought an old Victorian house that no one wanted to live in for many years due to unusual activity but since moving to Storybrooke Emma had fallen in love with it and so here she was standing in the foyer at night with some boxes by her feet. She switches on the lights and they stay on for a few minutes before they start flickering on and off. Emma calms herself though because she knows it's an old house. Then darkness. Not one sound could be heard except for her breathing and tiny little feet which she assumed were rats running around the abandoned house.
"Fuck!" Emma groans and fishes out her iPhone from her pocket. She calls a friend that knows an electrician but gets shut down when her friend explains that no one would come out in the rain to fix electricity. Common sense her friend told her.
Emma hangs up and uses the light from her phone as a flashlight to make her way through the house and into the living room. She lifts off the white sheets covering the couch and sits down, immediately updating her about me section on Facebook to living in Storybrooke. She stands up a few minutes later to further investigate the house when she hears scratching. It didn't sound like an animal though. Using her iPhone for light she follows the sound up to a door which from picturing the house plans in her head was the basement. Emma slowly turns the handle and pulls the door open.
She walks down the wooden stairs until she reaches the bottom. Emma hears breathing but it isn't her own. Closer and closer she gets, one step at a time until her light shines upon a woman with hair as black as a raven. She was sitting in one of the corners with her legs up to her chest.
The woman looks up with a glare taking Emma by surprise. The woman's clothes were torn, she was covered in bruises and it looked like she hadn't eaten, showered or drank for a few days. "Get out of here, you beast! Leave me alone! Get out!" The mysterious woman yelled.
Emma looked like she had just seen a ghost as she runs up the stairs and out of the house. She tries starting her car but it doesn't work and realises that the battery was dead. She tips her head back and slams it against the headrest of the seat and groans loudly. Emma stays there for a few minutes before getting out and locking her yellow bug. She looked up to the house and sighs. She needed to know who that lonely and beaten up woman was.
She goes back to the basement and asks for the stranger's name. One minute, two minutes, three minutes pass and still nothing so she turns and starts walking then Emma hears a hushed voice speak up, "Regina."

So I wrote for an hour instead..oops? But I had planned my Drabble out with a friend and it took longer to write this than I expected. Next time twenty minutes then.
Hope you liked my fic. If you want more of this Drabble then at the end of the thirty days vote for this to be turned into a longer story.
Reviews are like magic! (:
