Their Story
In the flower field they met, he watched her die in front of him; blood had trickled down her fair face. The only thing she left him was a smile, so dismal yet so pretty.
"Sesshomaru…" She whispered silently, the wind carried her voice over the field.
"I'm only following Naraku's scent." He replied with an unusual softness in his voice.
She smiled.
"Sorry I'll have to disappoint you…" She smiled again, with grieve.
"No…" He started, but as if having a new thought, he stopped.
She looked at him with her eyes, her beautiful red orbital cavity filled with obscuration.
His heart ached. He decided to tell her.
"I…came here to find you… I know that... it's you and not Naraku…"
She smiled again.
"Thank you…"
They localized there silently, facing each other. Then, her smile began to fade… before she went, turning transparent, she told him…
"I love you, Seshomaru…"
He looked at her with the same sentiment, but he said nothing.
"I love you…" She said again, her last words turning into a whisper, "It is okay if you don't believe me…I'm dieing anyways… but this is the one truth I told in my life, and the truth I treasure the most…" Tears slide down her blank face, creating a flower made of teardrops.
"I… love you too… Kagura."
He had asked her to stay, to stay by his side.
"No, Sesshomaru… I am the wind, the element that is so free that nothing can hold on to it… let me go to my world, I'll always watch for you… my love…" once again, the blood fell from the corner of her mouth, she disappeared completely – flying with the wind.
"Sesshomaru… Sesshomaru…" Her voice sang beyond the sky.
Rain started to fall, dropping silently onto the ground. The rain dampened Sesshomaru, water slipped down his face, nobody knows if it's his tears, or the rain – or maybe a mixture. He looked up at the sky ruthfully.
She is gone, leaving her smile with him. She had gone without neither worries nor vexation, because she told him how she felt…
He waited there till the end of his life, waiting for her.
They stipulated one another, if there's hereafter, they must be together.
In the flower field they last met,
Filled with such love and sooth.
She had to leave,
For her own sake and his.
She loved him,
That's why she left,
Not wanting to leave him any trouble,
And so…
In the flower field they last met,
Filled with such love and sooth.
He told her his feeling,
So not to regret after she's gone.
He loved him,
Wishing he could take her role,
To die.
That's why,
He waited there,
For her…
In the flower field they last met,
Filled with such love and sooth.
They both stipulated,
They would be together,
Hereafter…
From Shizuka : The story is kind of having a sad element in it, but... I half took it from the original manga book, and Kagura did die in the end! Anyways, this is a oneshot, I'm not sure if the SesshKagu message is clear or not, but just to tell, it is SesshKagu! My first SesshKagu fanfiction, please R&R, and thank you for all your supports!
