"THAT'S ANOTHER GOAL FOR WEASLEY! HER 15TH THIS GAME!" the announcer boomed but I could only focus on the ring in my pocket. It felt like the metal was searing through the fabric of my jeans. Then, I saw the Bulgarian beater aim a well hit bludger at Ginny, fear and adrenaline coursed through my veins. There was a deafiening crack as the bludger made contact. I watched as Ginny fell from 30 feet in the air to 20 in 5 seconds. Now she was 10 feet from the ground. Luckily I denied the top box seats I was offered and sat with the relatives of the England World Cup team near the Stadium wall. Now 5 feet from the ground my instincts kicked in and without thinking I hopped over the wall. 4, 3, 2. I dove just in time to catch my girlfriend from hitting the ground. Somewhere in the distance the crowd gasped Ginny was still living! Her right arm was bent at an awkward angle, her elbow jetted out and her breathing was labored. Not that I cared she was still alive and that was all that mattered to me. Healers rushed from all sides to check to make sure she was okay. Her eyes were closed and she gasped in pain as I gently laid her on the stretcher the healers had brought. I walked along side it as fast as I could. I could hear the crowd clapping when she raised her left thumb. Then cheers erupted as the England Seeker caught the snitch from under Krum's nose. But Krum's attention was focused elsewhere after I saved Ginny he kept looking at me I could feel his gaze at the back of my head. Ginny was released from the healer's care and placed in mine. I was allowed in the room to see her passed out on the bed. I placed a kiss on her forehead and took her hand in mine. Slowly she came too, "Hey, Babe" she muttered before she groaned. "Hello, love glad to see you're alright, that was some nasty hit you took." I told her. Then I pulled out the ring. "Harry, what's this? "She asked as I slipped it on to her left ring finger. "A proposal, Ginny Weasley I've loved you forever and today I realized it more, Will you marry me?" She looked me in the eye before she took her left hand and wrapped it around my neck. "Yes." Was her answer I gently kissed her it was soft, yet passionate enough for the moment. A healer came over and fixed her arm and popped her elbow back in place. He then put slight pressure on her chest to check for broken ribs turns out 3 were broken. "Well, Miss Weasley you will have to be on bed rest for a couple weeks, until your ribs are mended, with 3 broken we will have to let them heal the muggle way." He said. She glanced at me nervously. I gently tightened my grip on her hand, to let her know I was there. The day Ginny broke 5 bones in her body, 3 ribs and 2 in her arm, was also the day she became my fiancé, and that day is also the day England won the Quidditch World Cup.
