Challenge: choose a word that has two different pronunciations but the same spelling... and use it both ways in the drabble.

A/N1: Special challenge this week is to choose a word that has two different pronunciations but the same spelling... and use it both ways in the drabble. You, dear reader, get to guess which word I used twice, each with a different pronunciation. And no peeking at the comments for the answer! :D

A/N2: Set after mid-Season 6 Like a Virgin.

"Dean?"

"Hmmm...?"

"Dean? The job. Remember?"

"Mmmm-hmmm... Just lemme... YES! Hole in one!"

"Awesome. Would you mind giving me a hand?"

"Can you believe this guy has a putting green in his office?"

"Comes with being a big-time CEO, I guess. Are you... stroking that golf club?"

"No! I was just... putting it down."

"Uh-huh. It's not like you play."

*tense silence*

"No way! Since when?"

"That year you were..." *clears throat* "When I was with Lisa."

"I'm sorry, man."

"It helped me forget, you know. Even if just for a little while."

"Yeah. I get it."

"Thanks."

"Dork."

"Geek."
