Being the daughter of the two most famous half-bloods of the past two decades isn't easy. Especially when your older brother is already perfect at everything. My name is Delia Jackson. I am the daughter of Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase. This is my story.
Prologue
Annabeth Chase held her second child in her arms while looking at camp half-blood from above. The camp had changed so much in just a number of years. The cabins had multiplied so now there were at least 34 and the woods had grown in size. She remembered living here as a kid and thought back to all her friends and of course Percy Jackson. She smiled at the thought of her husband. He was away on another mission which didn't surprise Annabeth one bit.
The baby stirred in her arms and Annabeth looked down. The baby girl had gotten her grey eyes and Percy's dark hair, making her look intelligent and devilish at the same time. The baby tugged at Annabeth's golden hair with her little fingers. Annabeth laughed at the baby's curious face.
"She's quite a curious one, isn't she." A voice said from behind.
Annabeth turned and found herself facing the goddess Artemis. "Lady Artemis what are you doing here?" She asked.
The goddess smiled. "My dear I'm here to see the child for myself," Artemis took the baby's tiny hand and studied it. "I was born in Delos, a beautiful place as I remember it."
"Why are you telling me this?" Annabeth asked.
The goddess let go of the baby's hand with a frown. "No reason at all but I am here to tell you one thing," "The fates have been talking about a child born on the fifteenth of march," The goddess eyed the baby as she said that.
"What have they been saying?" Annabeth asked.
The goddess didn't answer. "Even Delia fell at its strongest," was all she said. Artemis glanced at Annabeth and the baby once more before disappearing.
Annabeth stared at the spot where the goddess just stood. Even Delia fell at its strongest. Annabeth wondered what that meant. She only knew one thing. Delia was Delos.
The baby stirred again and this time Annabeth used the baby's name. Delia.
