"Are you almost ready, Draco?" Harry called from the bottom of the stairs, pulling his jacket on over his arms and zipping it up.
"I'm coming," Draco replied, as he made his way downstairs to join Harry.
"Is everything packed for the weekend?" Draco questioned, noticing two suitcases sitting beside the front door.
"Yes dear, I packed enough clothes for us both and I packed a few other items," Harry smirked, giving the tall blonde a peck on the cheek.
He and Draco had been living together for the past four years, things were rough in the beginning and they had their fair share of arguments.
But Harry was grateful to have kept in touch with Draco after the battle at Hogwarts, Draco even became friends with Ron, Hermione and Ginny after some persuasion from Harry.
"Let's get going before the traffic gets too bad," Draco said, grabbing the handles of their luggage as Harry opened the door for him.
They walked down the stone pathway to their car, a small black and white Mini Cooper.
Harry pulled open the back-passenger side door and helped Draco load their luggage into the backseat, slamming the door shut before walking around to the driver side.
He and Draco got into the car, buckling their seatbelts.
Harry slowly backed out of the driveway onto the street and drove off.
"Did you remember to pack the gifts?" Draco inquired, glancing up at Harry.
"I did, they're in my suitcase,"
"I've been looking forward to this weekend all month, it will be nice to see everyone again," Harry replied with a smile.
They were grateful the morning traffic wasn't as hectic as it normally was during the holidays.
Harry loved that Ron and Hermione had moved to London last year and were living in a small loft, he had learned from Hermione that Ginny moved in with them at the end of October.
