Lovely. That was the only word that Creed could really use to describe his handiwork. It was everywhere, slowly dripping down tastefully decorated walls, congealing in pools of red-brown liquid on furniture and the floor. It soaked into the carpet and irreversibly stained the cream hued material, spattering the surface with a fine crust of half dried blood. He began to delicately pick his way through the carnage he had caused, cheerfully humming Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" with a blissful smile on his face.

The swordsman ascended the wooden stairs towards the study, taking his time to enjoy the sense of impending doom hanging around the house, growing stronger with each progressive step taken upwards. Continuing down the hall, Creed stopped and stood to listen. Muffled sobs issued through a door to his left, followed by the sound of a woman's voice hushing the terrified child. He smiled, softly at first but getting progressively wider as the sobs continued and the woman's voice grew more and more hysterical. He turned and kicked out, splintering the door, eliciting a scream from within. Creed steadied himself and kicked again. The door splintered inwards, spraying the target's pregnant wife and young son with wooden splinters, some piercing the skin and freeing dribbles of blood to worm their way across skin and nightclothes.

He sauntered forwards with a maniacal smile spreading it's way across his face and giggled softly. 'How lovely', he mused, 'would it to paint my dear Train in a scene such as this.'

The madman paid no attention to the life that was spilled with every sweep of his blade and turned, shirt and blade spattered with red, to descend to the floor and bask in the glorious, burning light of his partner and watch as the sun's rays burnt bloody trails over the brunette's skin.

Yes, a lovely night indeed...
