. . . . .

Lucina snuck into her Lucy's room. Looking over her younger self, she felt a pang of sadness. Lucina refused to look over at her sister Morgan's little self, knowing she wouldn't be able to leave if she did. Leaning down and kissing Lucy's head, Lucina whispered her goodbye and loving words before pulling up and walking quietly to the door.

With one fleeting glance towards her sisters, Lucina shut the door as quietly as possible. 'I'm sorry...' She thought sadly, and looked over herself. Falchion, check. Bag of clothes and other necessities, check. Picture of family... check. 'Looks like that's everything.' Lucina shivered slightly at the cold air of winter that had invaded the castle. She glanced at her mother and father's room, and imagined Sages curled up in Chrom's arms, hair a wreck like it was in the morning. The thought was enough to make her smile, but at the same time to cry. Both were asleep, blissfully unaware of their daughter's plans.

Lucina swallowed the lump in her throat, and turned away. Trying to keep her footsteps as quiet as possible, she crept around the corner and maneuvered through the long hallways, past Lissa and Lon'qu's bedroom, and the Shepard's garrison. All the pleasent memories tried to break her, and convince her to stay. But Lucina had decided long ago that she would leave, although her mother had insisted that she would come up with a plan, and made it clear she didn't want Lucina to leave.

With a sigh, Lucina crept around the corner, and her eyes locked on the door. Once she stepped out of those doors, she would never see her family again as their daughter. Taking a deep breath, Lucina walked towards the door in the darkness, and reached out for the handle.

"Going somewhere?" Lucina jumped, and spun around to see her mother standing there, wrapped up in her tactician robes, candle in one hand. "M-mother!?"

Sages sighed sadly, and set the candle down on the table. "Honestly, Lucina... I thought we talked about this?" "B-but Mother! I will only raise unwanted questions." Sages shook her head and walked towards the young princess. "I told you I'd come up with a plan, didn't I? And think about what your doing. Chrom and I would be devistated if you left. And what about Morgan? She needs her big sister. And the younger you and Morgan? How would we explain why big sister isn't here anymore?"

Lucina swallowed, staying quiet. Sages gave a small smile. "We all love you very much. Never will you be a bother, inconvience, or a problem. Even if this creates problems, we'll face it as a family."

Lucina felt tears fill her eyes, and Sages saw them. With a knowing smile, her mother held out her arms towards her daughter. "Oh, mother!" Lucina cried, rushing forward into Sages' arms. "I'm so sorry!" "There's nothing to be sorry for, love." Sages assured, stroking her hair comfortingly. Lucina pulled away and wiped her tears, and smiled at her mother.

"Okay, Lucina! No more of this leaving nonsense!" Sages laughed, taking her daughter's hand, leading her back towards her room. "Now, off to bed with you!" Lucina laughed at Sages' sudden playfulness.

. . . . .

Yeah, I had no idea how to end this. So, hopefully you enjoyed this! Can somebody send in some requests? I have WAY too much free time, and I'm out of ideas. Help?

I HAVE been trying to write a lemon, but I keep chickening out or have no idea how to start it. It's so embarrassing...
