Harry Potter Murder in the Heart of the South
Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter or the song "The lights went out in Georgia"
I decided to write this story based on the song "That's the Night the lights went out in Georgia" I am sure most of you know it. It's by Reba McIntire. Hope you all enjoy it…
Imagine Ginny Weasley telling the story.
Harry was on his way home from Hogsmade. He stopped in the Three Broomsticks and ordered a butterbeer to drink before he left to go home, to Hermione.
Ron Weasley said, "Hello"
Harry said "How you doin'?"
"Fine, but I got bad news and it's about your little woman,"
Ron countinued, "I'm your best friend, and you know that's right, but your young bride Hermione ain't home tonight. Since you been gone, she's been seeing Draco that toad"
Harry got really mad.
He said, "That bitch, how could she." (Sorry bout the language)
Ron said, "Boy, don't lose your head, cuz to tell you the truth, I been with her myself"
Harry took the bottle he had in his hand and was about to hit Ron over the head with it and decided not to. Harry got up slowly from the stool and walked quietly out the door. As he proceeded to go home
Ron was really scared when he left Three Broomsticks. Looking over his shoulder at any sign of Harry, ready to curse him. He got home safely and took his wand and wandered towards the woods that led to Harry's house. He would straiten Hermione out. Ron slipped through the woods quite as a mouse. He came upon some tracks there were to small for Harry to make.
Ron made it to Harry's and very quietly looked through the window and saw a sight he wished he had never seen. Harry lying on the floor dead, no marks, no sign of a struggle. Just dead. He was so shocked, he never heard the dementors of Azkaban patrolling the grounds.
A big-bellied Troll grabbed his wand and said, "Why'd you do it?"
Umbridge had a sneer on her face and said, "Guilty!!"
She slapped Percy on the back and said, "I need to get home to supper it's waiting for me"
Well they hung Ron before I could tell them the tracks were mine. They hung an innocent man, and they should of hung me. But to be honest, I wouldn't be here to to tell my story and why Ron shouldn't of ever trusted Percy to defend him.
That's the night that the lights went out in Hogwarts
That's the night that they did an unforgivable curse on an innocent man
Don't trust your soul with a backward Southern wizard
Cuz Umbridge is in town. She's got blood stains on her hands. (or not)
I know its sad that Ron and Harry both died but its only a story!!
So hate me all you want!!
