[Amy P.O.V.]
I was running through the woods. My pink quills getting tangled through all of the bushes. I didn't look behind to see who was after me, because I had already known. His guards were after me again. I just want to get away from him. I ran as fast as I could and I left the forest and ran into the city. 'There's no way they'll be able to find me here,' I thought to myself. I was getting thirsty from all of the running so I went into a soda shop to get something to drink.
I had gotten a soda and a bottle of water to carry with me in case if I had gotten thirsty again. Then I spotted his guards and I hid in one of the city's bushes. "We have got to find her," the guard spoke to the other two guards," The Prince will not be pleased if we don't come back with his jewel." The guards then saluted to each other and began the search. I just stayed hidden in the bushes until the coast was clear to get out. Then I felt someone put their hands around my stomach and lifted me up. "Hey, let go!" I screamed and kicked the person who had me. "I'm here to help you," she whispered in my ear. "You are?" I asked. She nodded in response and let me down. "This way," she said pointing to the south of the city. I nodded and followed her. Maybe she is helpful after all.
