A small girl, no older than ten years of age, stared coldly into the eyes of her victim. He couldn't scream, couldn't speak, he couldn't even breathe. Her victim's airways were closed up, water filled his throat. His eyes pleaded for breath, his face turning several different colors.
"Death is so beautiful," a masked man walked out from the shadows, her mentor and master, Slade. He brushed her hair back, stroking her neck as the men floated in midair, water pouring from his mouth, his eyes were blank, this man was dead. "Very good, my dear, you have served me well," the girl stared at the dead man. She felt no compassion, no pain, no sympathy, she felt nothing.

Anatas stared out into the open ocean, just thinking. She had done so many terrible things as a child. So many things, that would haunt her forever. So many things she would always regret. The only thing she could do was attempt to repent for the lives she had taken away. A large crash shook the ground and put her mind into full alert. She flipped out of the way as a large stone hand came crashing down on her. A humongous monster, ten times her size, stared down at her.
"Slade..." He was still after her. The stone monster attempted to step on her.
"Tell your master I am his no longer!" Anatas' eyes began to glow an indigo blue, the whites of her eyes disappeared completely under the glow. The water beside her began to quiver, the waves crashing more fiercely. The rock monster dove toward her, but a large wall of water shot up in front of her.
"Titans, Go!" A thin water strip, similar to a rope, shot from between Anatas' legs, wrapping around the monster's ankle, making it crash to the ground. Five blurs attacked the monster, and it ran, knowing it was out matched. "Don't worry, Titans, we won't let Cinderblock escape next time," Anatas stood there in utter shock. Robin, his back to her, was standing mere feet from her. She had to run, she had to get out of there.
"Hey, are you alright?" A green boy had walked up to her, with a smile as big as the sun on his face. At that exact moment, Robin had turned to face her. He was still as mysterious as ever, those eyes still covered by his mask.
"Anatas..." he was shocked, but quickly reached for his weapons.
"No..." she held up her hands in submission. "I'm not here to hurt anyone, I just wanted to enjoy the ocean."
"Why should I believe someone who works for Slade?!"
"Worked for. I left, I didn't want that anymore. Whether you believe me or not Robin, that doesn't matter. I know I hurt so many people. And I hurt you, Robin, I'm sorry," Anatas dived into the ocean, Leaving behind four confused Titans, and a broken bird.
