I was watching that episode where Dean gets the Mark Of Cain(season 9), and I remembered that Cain said that there will be a price to pay. Then Dean just takes the mark without even knowing what the burden will be. Since Cain had to kill his brother,Able, I'm thinking that Dean might also have to kill his brother. This is one of my theories I hope don't come true. DON'T DIE SAM!
