A\N: I started this story one day…my first trying to actually write it instead of type it all up. lol

I'm not sure about it yet so I thought I would put it up and see if I could get any thoughts on it. Okay? It's short so don't worry…

The girl clutched at her forehead. Her purple finger nails ragged; as though she had been biting them. The wind blew her long hair in her face, somehow sneaking past her fingers and into her eyes. With a sob she swatted at the disobedient chocolate cherry strands.

The girl started when a bird chirped overhead. The warm wind rustled the branches in the nearby trees whispering secrets to her. The tall girl stood up her long pink dress rustled slightly as she stood up and shouted at the sparrow. "Why?" she asked tears streaming down her face "How can you sing when life is so awful?" She sank to her knees "How can life go on?" She stared at the sparrow for a moment then gasped for breath as her body shook with crying so hard. "I can't take this any longer!" The girl reached out a long pale arm and picked up a small dagger hidden in the grass and held it above her heart.

"KIM!" Shouted a voice "Put that stick down and come inside for dinner!"

The daydream faded as the girl, Kim, stood up. Her long pink dress changed colors and shape. She now wore long blue jeans and a pink fitted T-shirt. Her hair folded itself up until it was braided and pulled into a pony tail.

The loud engine of a helicopter roared past overhead, she dropped the small stick and ran inside a small white stone house.
