Noise…non-stop noise.
Tap, tap, tap.
They were…footsteps, many of them.
Why? Why do I hear noise, voices and footsteps if I'm dead? Kicked the bucket, gone to the big easy in the sky?

Bright blue eyes opened slowly in confusion. A girl of thirteen to fourteen years old slowly stood up from off the ground. Short golden brown hair was swept from her line of vision as she took in her surroundings.
"Shibuya? W-What the hell…wait what happened? I remember…waiting to cross the street and the truck…then…then..." the girl trailed off before tears swelled in her eyes.
"W-why? Why did someone push me?"
Chelsea, thirteen year old female, a thirteen year old dead female. Someone who had a whole life ahead of her, well not anymore, who would want to kill her?
"Yo new kid, you gonna stop spacing out now?" a male voice broadly asked from behind.
"Eh? You can see me? Oi I'm not a kid, I'm a teenager thank you very much!" cried Chelsea as she turned around to face the guy.
Sho Minamimoto sighed as he wondered why he had to deal with the newbe. Oh yea orders from the top brass. Teach a newbe reaper or face erasure and since all the newbe were taken…
"Yeah yeah, you're so zetta slow! You lived, you died and now I'm stuck with you, so deal newbe."
"Wha? How can you be so-so-" she stuttered trying to put in the right word.
"Hot?"
"Ehhh!? No you unemotional jerk!…So I really am dead huh?" the young girl glared at the older teen.
"Yep"
"What's with the wings? Aren't angels wings meant to be white and well...fluffy?" the blue eyed girl questioned.
"Maybe never met a proper one before and like you can talk kid, you have the same as mine." replied the grim heaper.
"Wha? What the hell am I?" she cried out and began to thug at the black wings.
" A trainee Reaper, kid and meet your teacher Sho Minamimoto."
"Please tell me he's smarter then you…"
"Zetta son of a digit, I am your teacher!" cursed the older reaper.
To say the least…it was the start of a strange, eventful and math-filled relationship.
