Konohagakure! An exquisite village filled to the brim with some of the shinobi world's finest shinobi and kunoichi. A place where every genin, Chuunin, and Jounin is treated with respect and is proud to die for their beloved village. A village where generations of the world's most powerful clans have inhabited. A village where each and every civilian and shinobi alike respect and trust one another. Konohagakure is truly a most beauteous and fantastic place to be.
A village led by many proud, honourable, and hard-working leaders, called Hokages. The current leader, a man named Namikaze Minato, otherwise known as the Yondaime, or Konoha's Yellow Flash, was the epitome of the perfect shinobi. Organized—
"Minato-sensei!" The door slammed open, revealing Rin and Obito to the currently lounging Yondaime.
CRASH! "Sensei! You're supposed to be organizing your paperwork!"
Okay, maybe not always…—Fair!—
"Oh, I probably should, don't you think so, Rin-chan?" The blond man got up from underneath the sea of papers and pointed to his other student. "Genin Uchiha Obito! I hereby assign you to an important A-rank mission!"
"Really! Really?! Really!?"
"Of course! I hereby assign you to the duty of…cleaning up my office. I expect my paperwork to be in that corner, organized in three piles, and my scrolls on my desk, and I'd like a cup of tea by the time I come back."
"WHAT?! Sensei! Nooooooooo! Don't leave meeeeeeeeeeee! You can't do this!"
"Sure I can, I'm the Hokage. Bye, Obito-kun!"
…okay, so he's not always fair…–Loyal!—
"Hey, Hisana-chan! Saeko-chan! Aiko-chan! Wanna go to that teahouse that just opened up?"
-Okay…he likes his women…but Kushina wasn't in the picture yet! He's allowed to sow his wild seeds and…yeah…—Morally Upright!—
Minato beamed at the sight of his now clean and organized office. "Sensei," A bored voice greeted him.
Minato's beam widened, "Kakashi-kun! I have finally got my paperwork organized!"
Kakashi raised one silver brow sceptically. The young genius was not easily fooled. He knew his sensei hated organizing paperwork. "Really?" He vaguely remembered hearing Obito complaining about papercuts.
"Yep! This pile is what I need to sign now, and this pile is what I can sign later!" Minato gestured at two of the three piles Obito had so kindly volunteered to help organize.
Kakashi points at the third pile, the thicker and taller pile that was left in the far corner of the office. "And who's going to do that pile?"
Minato grins, and somehow, the seemingly innocent smile looked surprisingly sinister to Kakashi. "This, my dear, Kakashi-kun," Minato patted Kakashi heartily on the back, "is the reason why I taught you how to forge my signature!"
"I expect to be paid extra for this."
"Of course! Of course!"
And last but not least, the beloved Yondaime Hokage of Konoha was nothing but generous!
"THAT LIAR! THAT WAS NO A-RANK MISSION! I ONLY GOT PAID A D-RANK WORTH!" Obito roared.
The Uchiha was quickly shut up by his disgruntled teammate. "At least he paid you."
The Yondaime Hokage: A valiant warrior, a ladies' man, a generous team leader, a fair leader, and most importantly...he picks favourites.
...what? Haven't you noticed how Rin hasn't been tormented or conned to do his paperwork?
