LEA POV
Lea ran through the darkened streets of Peaceville. Only minutes before, she had lost her friends…
FLASHBACK
She walked into the Soda Hop, the local hangout for every person under 30. Ruby, Tina, and Sarah were waiting for her at a booth.
"So, Lea," began Ruby. "Anything interesting happen?"
"Well, I'm Grojband's new manager…"
"Cool! Maybe you can get me a date."
"With who?"
"Corey!"
"Ummm…" This had led to a huge argument. Lea had run out while Sarah had thrown a pie in Tina's face.
REAL TIME
"Leaa…" said a voice.
"Who's there?" Lea choked out through her sobs. Two cloaked figures appeared in front of her.
"We are the Sisterhood of the Unappreciated," said the taller of the two. "Your sobs have called us, Sister Hope."
"You need us more than ever," added the shorter Sister. "I am Sister Faith. This is Sister Trinity. Join us."
Lea became a Sister.
COREY POV
"Have any of you seen Lane?" Corey asked.
"Nope," answered Kin and Kon.
"Come to think of it, I haven't seen Lea or Mina or Lane lately," Kin said. "I hope nothing's wrong." Purplish green gas filled the garage. Kon dropped like a sack of potatoes. "Knockout gas! Corey! Don't breathe—" Corey became unconscious. "—it in." When the gas cleared, Kin was still awake. Three hooded figures came into the garage.
"Kin!" shrieked the one in blue robes. Her hood fell back when she jumped. It was Lea!
"Lea? Why did you fill the garage with knockout gas?"
"The Sisterhood needed a clubhouse. The garage is a perfect fit."
"Of course, since you idiots are always here, we had to use knockout gas," said the one in purple. She pulled back her hood. "Not to mention any of you even realized I'm a girl." She looked like a girl now; all the Sisters were wearing gowns with matching hooded capes. Lea's necklace said HOPE, Lane's said FAITH, and Mina's said TRINITY.
"So, why would a pretty, blue-eyed blonde like Lea want with a sisterhood?" Kin asked.
"I'm unappreciated, and so are Lane and Mina."
"B- but- I appreciate you!"
