Death Note: The Reversal
Light or better yet 'L' as he liked to be called. He didn't know why but he have a certain attachment to that letter as if in another universe that was something he used as a symbol. For anonymity, power or for an entirely another thing. Something like, a super hero symbol...for justice?
No matter he will think about that some other time.
For now, He must contemplate the realistic possibility percentages of a notebook seemingly falling out of the clear, blue sky.
"Less than 1 percent." He murmured.
Just like the percentage of him enjoying the beautiful weather instead of being confined in the suffocating classroom.
'Shame. The weather looks very nice, today.' He thought.
L curled his toes inside is worn out rubber shoes, wanting to sit crouch-like but refrained from doing so just in case his teacher caught sight of him. He nibbled his thumb, suddenly swerving his body to the left in hopes of avoiding the swift projectile and startling most of his nearly dozing classmates when his chair fell with a loud thud! to the floor.
Thunk! The blackboard eraser bounced from his head and unto the floor.
"Mr. Yagami!" And just like that his ever blabbing teacher continued preaching about his high grades and that he must not be over confident. He must continue studying to bring prestige to the school, his teacher and-
L purposefully tuned out his teacher's voice. He felt his classmates amused eyes roaming on him at his stunt and at their teacher's theatrics but didn't acknowledge them. The raven haired just glanced at the eraser lying next to him not bothering to stand up from his position on the classroom's floor.
There are only two things on his mind. The clear, blue sky and that notebook.
'How did that get there?'
He smiled startling most of his classmates at the rare expression.
Curiosity.
It has been a while since he felt that.
