"Luffy?" The little reindeer climbed up to his captain's bunk and poked his head over the side.
"Mmmm," came Luffy's response. Though Chopper suspected that he was still asleep.
"Luffy?" Chopper tried again as he gently poked him.
Luffy's eyes opened slightly. "Chopper?"
"I had a nightmare Luffy. Can I please sleep with you?"
Without saying anything in response Luffy shuffled a little to the side making room for the reindeer and then closing his eyes again.
Chopper accepted the invitation pulling himself up beside his captain. He snuggled up against Luffy and placed his head on his chest. He could feel him breathing and hear his strong hurt beat. Chopper sighed in contentment. He loved his captain so much, there was no one more important to him. In his nightmare he had lost him, he was in a world without him.
Chopper smiled. It was just a nightmare because here his captain was sleeping peacefully. Chopper let out one more sigh as he allowed his eyes to close. Within seconds he was sound asleep with the person he loved most.
