Production Error(s):
* In the opening theme, a note comes up to the viewer, though, it's got some information left out. It reads 'Note to viewer: Listen to this in a quiet place or wear headphones.' It should also say 'or turn up the volume.'
* During the audio the narrator says "The Lieutenant grinned." This, however, is far louder than any other recording.
* Also during the audio, the narrator says "The Lieutenant smiled and." After this the hologram is heard being turned off. The error here is that the word'and' has sneaked in, unwelcome.
* Again, the narrator explains about what the Lieutenant gathered in the gun shop, but the 5 sherman tanks would be far too heavy for one man. Similarly, 5 Sherman tanks would not fit in a gun shop, just as, most small gun shops like this DON'T have carparks out the back.
* When the TARDIS is taking off, the Lieutenant is heard operating the controls. This was not initially intended but when it sounded good, it was kept in.
* When the TARDIS is heard burping around Julius Caesar, the TARDIS makes half of the 2nd thworp, whereas, it shouldn't.
* The Lieutenant says "I do hope my old heart stays in good shape for a little while longer." The error here is that "little" has sneaked in, unwelcome.
* The narrator (For god's sake, again?) says "The Lieutenant threw them the bazzokas and went back into the TARDIS." This is the quietest recording by far.
* In the last recording, Kellie is heard saying "Ay." This should be "Yay."
* At the end there is a moment of blue when there should be credits. This was badly patched up by the producer when he put 'Wait. There's more.' in a small speech bubble.
* Also at some point, the narrator is heard saying AK- four sevens and later seems to have corrected himself saying AK-forty sevens.
