Juvia hummed as she stitched together the last few bits of her work. She tied off the last thread and put down her needle, and then held it up to see.
It was a light blue sweater, extremely oversized and very badly stitched, with a pattern of about thirty-thousand snowflakes and a very badly drawn picture of Gray stitched to the front. There were uneven sleeves and fraying strings. It was perfect, at least in Juvia's mind.
Juvia reached under her chair and grabbed the special box she had been saving for this occasion. She stuffed the sweater in and shoved a top onto the box, and then tied a dark blue ribbon around the box.
"This is perfect for Gray-sama!" She sang to herself as she tied the ribbon. She looked up dreamily, in a daydream where Gray loves the sweater and asked Juvia to marry him immediately and give him a hundred babies. "Juvia has to give it to him!"
She grabbed her coat and walked out the door, and walked to the guild hall. She saw Gray sitting with Erza and Natsu, and her jealous side flared.
"Gray-sama!" She called, getting his attention. Gray looked up and smiled, then got up and walked over to her.
"What's up, Juvia?" He asked. Juvia blushed and looked down.
"Juvia made something for Gray-Sama!" She said suddenly, looking back up into his eyes. Gray's eyes widened.
"Alright, then, lemme see it" He said. Juvia held out the box for him, waitied for him to open it, and then when he did, burst out with a "Yes, Juvia will give you a hundred babies, Gray-Sama!"
Gray held up the sweater with a confused expression on his face. "It's... Original, Juvia. Is that... Is that me?" He asked. Juvia nodded enthusiastically.
"Yes, Gray-Sama! Doesn't it look just like you?" She squealed happily.
"Er..."
"Come on, Gray-sama, try it on!" She commanded. Gray shook his head.
"I don't know, Juvia..." He said slowly. Juvia looked crushed. "I-I mean I don't think the guild is ready for this sweater yet. Maybe we should just go home and I'll try it on there?" He suggested. Juvia shook her head.
"Nonsense! Juvia is sure that the guild will love your new sweater!" She grabbed Gray's arm and tugged at his shirt. "Come on! Take it off!" She demanded. Gray started sweating as he took off his shirt and pulled on Juvia's sweater.
The bottom of the sweater ended a few inches above his waist, so it looked like Sting's shirt and showed off some of his stomach. One sleeve fell way past his hand, while the other ended at his elbow.
Juvia stared at it for a second. "It's... Perfect!" She squealed. "Everyone! Look at Gray-sama's shirt!"
Everyone was suddenly staring at Gray, and he squirmed. Elfman was the first to voice his opinion.
"That's really manly, Gray!" He yelled. Natsu stood up.
"Nice shirt, Gray!" He laughed. Lucy put her hand over her mouth to hide her giggles, and Erza barely kept her laughter in. Suddenly the whole guild was laughing hysterically, and Gray looked at Juvia. She looked like she was on the verge of tears.
"Thanks for the sweater, Juvia." He said. "I like it." Juvia looked up at him and grinned.
"So..." She muttered, rubbing her hands together. "Does Gray-sama still want the one hundred babies?" She asked. Gray sweatdropped.
"Let's not push it." Gray grumbled as he and Juvia walked out of the guild.
