It was an innocent enough thought, deceptive little things they are.
He had an image already formed in his mind, surely it would be easy enough to put his thoughts on paper?
Or wood, more accurately.
A board, paints, brushes.
Easily enough done…
Three weeks for the sunset, sand, and moons.
Two for the pyramids.
One more for the stone ring off to the side.
He beamed at his art.
A critic came to his door.
"What on Earth isthat?"
He turned back to his masterpiece…
…And grimaced.
He would never take a simple cave drawing for granted again.
