Aryan Carlemen 26, Head Gamemaker
"Last year was a real let down wasn't it" President Lucian says to me
Clearly since he got the previous head gamemaker executed again, Lucian may be young but he wants things his way, he wants a perfect picture of panem, strong victors from his pet districts and he wants male victors as well
He wants a sexist and unjust society where males are seen as dominant, where there is real fighting in the games, where tributes become insane, they back stab each other, brutally fight to each other, pretty much fights at every corner
Last year was that, two insane tributes, alliances turning against each other it was a entertaining year it was the victor that Lucien is furious about, the girl from 7, who he said did nothing and got one cheap kills
He wanted a career too win but the careers kept getting picked off, the final career the girl from two was killed by the boys from 6 and 8, she took the boy from 6 with her
He wanted the boy from 6 to win, his poster boy for insanity yet he didn't, so the head gamemaker died and I am interviewing for job since I predicted who will win, stupid really
I was a intern here for a few years and last year I was the climate assistant, but then Lucian came to us to come with a plan for this years quarter quell, pretty much plan everything and who ever has the best gets the job
Everyone else gets fired and for someone like me from a low income family in the captiol this is the only job and I need to keep it
I'm not like them I hate the hunger games but a rebellion will never happen, this is the hundredth year everything has gone strongly how ever after district 7 won two years in a row and each district now has a female victor, Lucian has freaked out
His down right sexist yet I can understand him, none of the female victors have had over three kills, as a Capitol citizen you want the blood, the gore, everything "I agree but I have came up with a solution" I say
He puts his hand on the table "You want a male victor don't you, you believe males are more entertaining" I say
"Don't you, look at last year only two females got a kill, one was a victor and one was a career girl, yet the males dominated, out of the top 10 only 2 girls alive" he says
"23 males one female" I say
A smirk forms in his face "What district is the female from" He asks
"Two, she is one that I know will be a walking target yet she is well known in her district, she is the best female trainee even though she is only 16, she may hate you and the games but she isn't the stereotypical career" I say
"You hand chosenthe tributes" he says
I nod my head and a bigger smirk appears on his lips "And I know you hate district 11 and 12" I say
"Of course I do five years in a row they have been bloodbaths, see my father helps runs panem I care about the games" he says
Lucian is only 23, his father is still alive but stood down and gave his son presidency, I don't know why but Lucian really only has say in the games, and Lucian doesn't really care about punishing the districts just entertainment and last years ratings were low, so were the year before there was four years in a row where a tribute from 2 won
Yet Lucian is still pissed of two tributes from 7 wom, so that's why I came up with this twist, I want the job and I don't care what people think, the districts and panem in general, have about 78% male, 22% female
It's easy to say we are evening the numbers out, Some district literally have 1 female to fifty males
I am trying to help panem
Lucian is just easy to trick "That's why district 11 and 12 won't be having tributes, instead we have four taken from two, three from one and four that means 8 career tributes or tributes with training" I say
"Love it" He says clapping
"And I have hand chosen each tribute I had too put in some normal kids, but quite a few have a story to tell" I say
"Like" I say
"A boy that has faked his death and had been in hiding for two years" I say
"That has happened" he says
"I have people, plus I contacted districts twos residential maniac victor Hunter, he will lure him in a false trap, the kid though is a whack job, has a obsession of painting with blood, kills anyone that comes to his hide out, absolutely hates one of his district partners" I say
"A revenge plot love it" he says
"There will be a brother and sister, they are close however I told you about the girl from two, loud mouth, trouble maker, is hated by every male trainee, has a tendency to get her self in trouble, the boy his dedicated, wants to protect his sister so it will be interesting to see that, the other boy from two was raised as a guard, pretty much under cover peacekeepers, that kills anyone that stands out of line but since the siblings are the siblings of Aidyn the victor of two years ago, he can't kill her" I say
"District one there is another set of siblings but these two are not close like the ones from two, they don't even know that they exsisted, one is the best trainee in district one, the other is a jewel miner, parents split, one of the boys from four is a rebel, the other is a straight up trouble maker a mayors kid" I say
"We have three other insane tributes, one is from 7, you know they have their assassin program, well he was kicked out two years ago and has been hiding in the slums torturing anyone that he comes across and no one has proof it's him, kids insane, the boy from 10 a cannibal and the boy from 9 a pyromaniac" I say
"Arena?" He asks
I show him the plan and the smile goes large "congratulations my friend you got the job"
Authore note: Welcome to another one of my accounts I use to write on, now the odd quarter quell twist was explained, and for any readers offended that there are 23 males, I did this for two reason, I find males easier and I wanted ti try something different but dont worry the only female will make it far
I am writing all these characters on my own, so about 10-12 will be mains and will be featured in point of fees the others will be mentioned but not play a important part
Some tributes will get many point of views but it doesn't mean they are the victor
