Another poem from me! Please tell me if your getting sick of em coz since I've started them I can't seem to stop. I guess I'll explain where this came from; I was thinking of stuff and then Tala popped into my mind n I remembered him bein in a hospital bed n here's the result

Passing Me By

Just like grains of sand your slipping through my fingers

Tears and smiles of yesterdays are all that linger here

The sun hasn't ever shone as it used to

Maybe because I know a time will come when I can't see you

I watch frozen as your smile passes me by

You watch me broken as I stand and cry

The pain of the day when hope will truly die

When I'll stand alone saying goodbye

Your sadness drowns me so you can't hear a sound

But I hear you cry with the hopelessness your life has found

I pray my sorrow is something you'll never know

…but one day you'll see it…when I make the days of my life let me go…
