In a perfect world, our dreams would be real. The things we desire most will be ours and most importantly possible. In a perfect world, people will be proud to be who they are and will appreciate others for who they are. In a perfect world, your family will accept you for who you are. There would be no tangled web of lies, no deceit, for there would be no need for it.
In a perfect world, your friend, Determined Fox, will reach his seemingly impossible goal of ruling the small country you live in and help make it stronger. Not to mention keeping everyone's safety secured. He'll also figure out how much he cares for, Shy Sunshine, the girl he barely noticed yet fought for her pride. His best friend, Corrupted Past, will stay by his side and they'll remain best rivals with the bonds of brothers forever.
In a perfect world, Speedy Steel, will overcome his disabilities and defeat his number one opponent and his comrade, Stoic Loner. Stoic Loner's ways of thinking and living will no longer depend on Fate and hopelessness, but on the warm heart of Sharp Panda. He'll realize she's always been there for him.
In a perfect world your friends live out their dreams and everything's completely fine and nothing is wrong. Now close your eyes and repeat this over and over in your head and you might start to believe it's real.
The truth is that you, Way of Life, married Determined Fox after he and Shy Sunshine were forced apart. You're expecting your first child and you're somewhat content. Shy Sunshine married Stoic Loner, her cousin, to keep the bloodline pure. Forced and arranged, she cried, Fox comforted her. When Fox cried, you comforted him. Before they knew, Sharp Panda was with Stoic's child. It looks like her and few people know. Speedy Steel takes care of her and that is life. Your best friend Flower Girl married her long time friend Cloud Boy, though she wanted to marry Kind Butterfly, but he died. Cloud Boy wanted to marry Windy Star, but she lived in a different country and it was forbidden. Your mentor Team Work died at the hands of Corrupted Past, who you finally figured out that you only crushed on him, nothing more.
Until the world is perfect, you'll pretend you love Determined Fox like you should, and that the child in your womb is his and not your late mentor's. You will pretend that you never loved Team Work and that on Wednesday nights that you met he never touched you. You'll pretend that people you cared for did not die and that everyone is with who they should be. Just like Determined Fox will pretend he doesn't still visit Shy Sunshine when Stoic Loner sees Sharp Panda and their son.
Since the world is the way it is you'll continue to pretend and you'll be fine till the world is perfect.
