His mother died of birth andnhis father long missing was given to another water tribe family. Thats where he met Amber his older sister, a fierce water and blood bender. They trained together thats where LJ showed a talent for bending and getting into trouble at a young age and his adopted parents tried to keep it a secret for years of him being the avatar. At the age of 10 LJs adopted parents died of murder and he learned he was the avatar while, Amber vowed that she would teach LJ water bending so that he may become stronger and protect the ones he love. LJ is 15 now and hasnt still mastered water but can use it, in his case for trouble.
