I DO NOT own the original story! Mine is a reboot to the original. I DO OWN the creativity (new tittle, new character names, and new plot) that went into altering the original; my friend Olivia AKA GoseiGokaiYellow created the original story. I am a fan of the original because it's amazing, with a few things I don't like, and decided to give her a tribute. Olivia, I hope you enjoy it because this is what I feel the story could have ended up like, rather than what it is now.
How It All Began!
My name is Mya and I am the Purple Solar Light Angel, I am 15. I live in Florida with my family: mother, father, twin sister and younger sister. Kiara is the Orange Solar Light Angel, 15, and Layla is the White Solar Light Angel, 14. All together, we have a huge responsibility to fulfill, but it came as an accident, not something we planned.
Kiara made herself leader because she sees herself the only one fit for the role. She thinks of herself as the smart one of the group and knows what's best, while she knows I am smart, but doesn't think I can handle the position. I'm the strong, sensitive, loving one, which is why Kiara thinks she's better for the job. Layla is the happy, easy going one that doesn't care; she likes being apart of the group as a member. My sisters and I have been Solar Light Angels for about a year now.
The power was bestowed unto us a year ago, when we went camping. Kiara saw a shooting star and thought it would be fun if us three made a wish at the same time.
"Something might happen! You never know."
We made the same one without knowing: we want our lives to be filled with action and excitement.
Suddenly these devices fall from the sky like shooting stars and crash in front of us. We didn't know what they are and grab them slowly. I grab the purple, which has a circle design with spike in the four corners. Kiara grabs the Orange, which has a twisted triangle design. Layla grabs the White, which has a star design with band wrap around it.
Monsters then appear fading in from the distance. We we're scare and freak out. They demanded we give the devices to them and we didn't know what to do. Suddenly we all heard a voice.
"You are now the Solar Light Angels! Put the device on your left hand and yell 'Solar Light! Shine Bright!"
We did, having no clue what's the right pose and change. The patterns from the devices fly up and come down on us with a powerful force in a bright light. When we look at each other, we had on a spandex, which match our device colors, weird symbol designs all around the suit, black visors look like the device design, with white long gloves and boots.
The monsters rush at us and we to them. Somehow we knew how to fight and had these awesome powers: knowledge of martial arts, strength, speed, durability, and leaping. We beat them one by one until they are gone. We couldn't believe what happened and change back to ourselves.
Since then, it's been hard to balance our lives. Being super heroes and regular teens was a hard adjustment, but we finally got the hang of it. No monsters have appeared lately, so we had a chance to relax.
We are the Solar Light Angels and we fight to protect innocent people of my town. The monsters that appeared last year are only the beginning of a great and powerful threat that is coming to Earth.
