Naruto stood at his balcony, looking silently up off to the distance staring at the fireworks that covered the dark sky with beautiful colors and lights. If he was to look down he would see people all over the streets dancing and partying. But he knew that others for some odd reason stayed home and cried. "I'm finally twelve years old." Naruto muttered to himself his hands lying lazily over his face. His simple red shirt that had the Uzumaki sign at the back and his brown trousers were torn from an earlier fight he had right when he got out of school. "And they thought Uzumaki Naruto would back down from a fight! Ha!"

Flashback a couple of hours ago

In class Naruto was whispering as silently as he can to Kiba about how hot Sakura was in those nice short shorts that showed her thighs. Kiba looked over in her direction and whistled.

"HAHA your right about that. But she will never notice you baka!" Naruto nodded sadly.

"Yeah she's only wearing that because of Sasuke-teme" He said, saying Sasuke's name with venom. "He's not even looking at her! He's staring out of a fucking window!"

"Naruto!" Naruto snapped his head up front of the class room where he heard the voice.

"Pay attention." Iruka said.

"Now where was I... ah yes, after today we will begin our first genin exam test. The written exam!" Iruka began to clap but nobody joined him. The class just looked blankly at their teacher waiting for him to continue. Naruto however was boiling with rage.

'A test? Why a written test'

Class continued without a hitch for the rest of the day and Naruto did a great job in not annoying the girls.

As he walked out he saw six boys huddled under a tree avoiding the bright rays of sunlight. He noticed that they were always their when school was out. They never really paid attention to him so he ignored them as well. Until today of course one boy dressed in a brown kimono stood there in the middle of the group glaring at Naruto. Being the hot headed boy that Naruto was he reacted. "What the fuck are you looking at?"

"People talk bad about you." The boy said. Now all five of the boys were staring at Naruto now.

"They say that we should avoid you because you're a monster but... your really pathetic." This made the blonde angry. He'd rather let people think he was a monster than being pathetic.

'Calm down Naruto you just got out of detention just walks away.' he thought to himself. He stared at the boys seeing he was outnumbered. He took a deep breath and began to walk away. They also turned around back to their regular position before calling him a pussy. This stopped Naruto dead in his tracks He picked up a rock that layed comfortably in his hands. 'Perfect weight and size to knock somebody the fuck out!' he thought evilly. He swiveled around and chunked the rock at the boy's head. THWAK! The sound rang through the whole playground and the boys scream was heard around the whole academy. His legs were like jelly as he fell slumped up against a tree. The other five boys looked at Naruto as if he was crazy... which was true at the moment. They slowly began to advance towards the boy now.

"You're gonna pay for that Blondie!" As they got closer to Naruto he was only able to say one word before the beating started.

"Shit!"

Flashback end

Naruto sighed in irritation. He was sick of getting beaten to a pulp! 'If this continues I don't know how I will be a great ninja. Naruto was interrupted of his thoughts when he heard someone shout out a jutsu with a drunken slur. "Goukakyuu no jutsu" the man was on top of a building with several other ninja shooting jutsus high in the sky. Despite being disgusted by the men Naruto was enthralled with all of the elemental jutsus he was seeing. He loved how the fireball would explode seconds later after release. The wind user beside the man that released fire jutsu began to count down slowly as he began preparing his handseals. When he got to zero the two men shot out their jutsu a huge fireball spued out of the man's mouth as the other guy shot out two crescent wind blades with his palms. As it reached the air the two jutsu collided causing the biggest explosion that Naruto has ever seen. His thinking began to go on overdrive. Anbu led the crazy men down the building leaving Naruto to stare gawking at the sky. "That was so cool!" He shouted! 'He ran back to his room pulling out his academy ninja book. He looked at the index and found elemental jutsu on page 69. It took a while to fine the page but when he did instantly began to read the five elements.

Wind jutsu is mainly used for offensive attacks and counter attacks. In theory wind jutsu has the power to cut thrown anything and can counter lightning based jutsu. This form of chakra can also be applied to weapons by either sharpening the blade or gives you more reach. Naruto looked at the picture on the left that had a white haired man hold up a kunai and a blue haze covered the weapon. 'Wind jutsu seems pretty cool...let's see what the other elemental chakra is about. This s better for mid to long ranged jutsu

Lightning jutsu is able to give the user enhanced speed and can also be applied the same way as wind chakra when it comes too weapons. Unlike the wind jutsu it can't cut through things like wind chakra. (Naruto frowned at this) But it can cause numbness and fry the nervous system. If you're not careful you could kill yourself in attempting these jutsu.

Water jutsu is used to overpower multiple enemies or cause distractions. The more water mass you have the more powerful the jutsu will be. The only one who was able to pass this little problem was the second Hokage.

Earth jutsu is used to protect and withstand other jutsu. It is also used to snare in enemies and/or overpower them giving the user openings

Last but not least is fire jutsu which has the potential to burn everything in its path.

"That's the most I ever read in my life! Starting tomorrow Uzumaki Naruto will began his Elemental training!" He shouted, standing on his bed as he began to pump his fist excitedly. Boy was he wrong.

Naruto sitting up against a pole tied up was woken from a bucket of water. He sputtered and yelped in surprise. The twelve year old boy had no clue where he was at- wait. "I'm on a boat?"

"Yes demon, yes you are" Naruto snapped his head to the left and instantly regretted it. All he saw was a huge mass of water. he instantly got sick "Mizuki sensei is this some kind of test?" He tried to free himself from the rope but it just got tighter.

"No we are trying to dispose a demon." The white haired man said cheerfully. The sun was beaming in his eyes so he couldn't see the expression Mizuki was having. Pure and utter hatred for the blonde.

"Demon? I don't see a demon." Naruto did his best to look all around him but found nothing suspicious.

"That's funny because I see one." Mizuki said coolly.

"Really where?"

Mizuki sighed. "Stupid blonde it's you! The Kyuubi is inside of you. Their I said it- point blank."

Naruto stared at his teacher as if he was stupid. Then it hit him hard like a baseball bat. All of those people giving him those looks were for a reason after all . 'So he's just like them huh?'

"Hahahaha so you get it now don't you the whispers; the glaring? Everything has a reason my little demon!" Naruto said nothing as memory after memory of people treating him badly resurfaced. That fight he had yesterday wasn't some regular fight it was people that hated him for who he was. A... a demon! Mizuki approached the motionless boy stripping the blonde to his underwear rather roughly. He then threw them to the side for later use.

"I'm glad you're not fighting back it tells me that you accepted your fate as such." He went behind the blonde and began to untie him.

"Can you swim?" Mizuki asked. Naruto shook his head.

"Good this makes my job a lot easier." He picked the blonde up by the throat and carried him to the edge of the small wooden boat.

"Goodbye Kyuubi!" With those final words Naruto was flung high across the sky. He closed his eyes waiting for the impact which came a second later. Naruto didn't fight it because if he did it would just kill him quicker.

'Did the old man think of me as such? What about Iruka?' as he began to sink Naruto's instincts began to go haywire? He began to panic. He clawed his way back up to the surface searching for the boat. He did a full 360 but found nothing. He slowly began to sink again so he attempted to claw his way back up to the surface but he failed miserably. The more he fought the deeper he got. He began to see schools of fish swarming around him trying to understand why this big flab of meat was in their territory. But as soon as they came they were gone. He slowly began to run out of breath.

'Shit he has forgotten. Breathe my lord! It's okay breath.' Naruto opened his eyes and what he saw startled him. He gasped but instantly regretted it. 'Wait a minute I gasped.' He slowly began to breath unsure if he was still dreaming or not or if he was even alive for that matter. 'This is your home your kingdom. You don't remember master?' the feminine voice asked. Naruto looked at the beautiful women before him and almost fainted. That was no ordinary woman. She had golden hair that reached at the base of her back. Her legs were... well they weren't legs it was a beautiful orange fishtail that shined easily as it reflected the sunlight.

'Minato Sama surely you know how to swim!' despite the 'sinking' situation he was in he looked at the mermaid as if she was crazy.

'I-I'm sorry but I'm not Minato I'm Uzumaki Naruto.' The green eyed mermaid blinked but soon after gasped.

'I can't believe it! Your Minato's son?' hearing this excited the blonde.

'You know where my dad is?' he asked his frown now turning into a full blown grin.

'Of course he should be at Konoah at the Hokage tower.' Naruto frowned.

"He's in Konoah? And he works for the Hokage?'

The mermaid smiled down at the boy. 'No he is the Hokage.' Hearing that instantly made the blonde laugh. Bubble clouds escaping his lips.

'The old man? Naw! I don't even think he can bring it up now if you know what I'm saying.' despite being under water she blushed.

'No he's not that old. The fourth Hokage has plenty of-'

'Wait a minute the fourth Hokage is my dad?' the mermaid nodded.

'Yes the fourth Hokage is your father.'
