It is a fine day in the Shane Hideout. Everyone is relaxing in the living room. Suddenly, Kord and Pronto scream in fright. They are startled by Eli, who just comes in with a black mask on his face.
"Hey, Eli, why is your face black?" Tad noticed and asked him.
"It's a mask, Tad," Eli corrects him.
"Why do you wear that mask?" Axel questions Eli.
"Well, it helps me to get rid of blackheads," he explains.
"How long will you take it off?" Trixie asks.
"About 15-20 minutes," he replies.
Once the 15-20 minutes are up, Eli tries to remove the mask. But it is so painful that he is screaming loudly! His screams echo throughout the hideout and catch the attention of his gang!
The whole gang rushes to him. "What's wrong, E?" Tad is concerned.
"I cannot take off the mask!" Eli exclaims.
"Let me help you," Tad decides to help him. When he tries to rip off the mask from Eli, the Shane shrieks in pain!
"Tad! Stop!" Nate yells. "You are hurting Eli!"
"Maybe I can help," John jumps in. He does the same as Tad, but Eli still screams in pain. It is hurting him badly!
"Well, how 'bout I give it a try?" Kord volunteers.
"Okay, Kord... but be gentle..." Eli stammers in fear.
"Don't worry, bro! I will be gentle," Kord assures him.
However, to our horror, Kord rips the mask off with immense force! Eli yelps out of pain that pierces our ears!
"Kord, that was not gentle," Trixie states. Kord laughs sheepishly.
After he rips off the mask, Eli covers his face with his hands.
"Eli... are you okay?" Junjie questions gently.
Eli slowly shows his face to us. Tears are flowing down from his eyes and his face is slightly red due to the pain.
"I will never do the mask again! It hurts me so much!" Eli complains.
Trixie giggles. "I've recorded the entire scene and posted on the Slugnet!" she says.
She shows her computer screen. The video of Eli's predicament was on the Slugnet! The views are increasing rapidly and there are so many people liking it! There are even comments about the video!
"Gahaha! How funny!"
"Ouch, that leaves a mark."
"I hope my friend will not do that to me..."
"The Shane's face looked in pain! But hey, it was funny to see his reaction when trying to peel off the mask from his face."
Eli is embarrassed by the ordeal he has faced. Though, he finds the video funny as people like it a lot. If he deletes it, people will be disappointed.
"Well, at least I am not doing it anymore," Eli blurts out.
"Oh, please, Eli. I did the mask before a few times. It is always painful, but still worth it," I say, which surprises him.
