Just a short drabble i thought of while doing headstands on my bed.

The Doctor and River were in the Tardis

"Oh, I know, let's go to Metorkarous 5, did you know that they make the BEST jammie dodgers." The asked River.

"Well you've only mentioned it at least 4 times."

The Doctor smiled. "Off we go then." He said pressing a button.

River rolled her eyes lovingly and went to help him fly the Tardis. Suddenly the walls were shaking and the floor was trembling underneath them.

"Doctor," River said, gasping for air as she held on to the controls for dear life. What's happening?"

"I…well…" the Tardis flung him to the other side of the controls making him also gasp for air. "I might have pressed the wrong button."

"Which one?"

"The yellow one." The Doctor responded.

"Try pulling the leaver to your left up and insert double-Z 17."

"What? Are you mad? That'll never work!"

"Try it." River insisted.

"No!"

"Doctor…" She shouted as the Tardis almost flung her across the room.

"Fine." The Doctor said, giving up, "But if we crash and explode the no-longer-Lost-Moon-Of-Poosh it'll be your fault!"

"Just do it."

The Doctor sighed, knowing it would never work but did it anyway.

"Z-Z-17."

Suddenly, much to The Doctor's surprise, the trembling and shaking stopped.

"It worked." The Doctor said in disbelief. He checked the scanner. "It actually worked."

River smiled smugly. "I told you so. Was I right?"

"Umm…" The Doctor pretended to be doing something with the Tardis.

"We didn't explode or crash into The-Lost-Moon-Of-Poosh?" she asked, teasing him. Knowing that he didn't want to admit that he was wrong and she was right.

The Doctor, sensing this muttered under his breath: "Infernal woman."

"What was that?"

"Nothing dear." He answered quickly.

"Well? Was I right?"

"Umm… err…" The Doctor stuttered. He bopped her nose. "So, how about Metorkarous 5? Did you know that they make the BEST jammie dodgers?"

Once again River rolled her eyes lovingly and smiled at her husband as he started telling her all about the jammie dodgers.

"Only 5 times."
