A story about how Fem!Prussia feels after being disbanded as a nation. This is NOT a Germancest story.
Germany was worried. Not about the usual things he worried about, like whether he'd wake up to find Italy in his bed, or if he'd ever manage to get his paperwork done on time, no, Germany was worried about something entirely different. His thoughts were currently occupied by his sister. Prussia was acting odd lately, she wasn't eating her wurst at dinner, she wasn't quarrelling with Hungary, she wasn't reminding him how awesome she was, she wasn't causing trouble with France and Spain, she wasn't even paying attention to her little chick, Germany had to feed the poor thing himself. All Prussia did was mope around the house, most of the time she never even left her room. Germany was worried but he had no one to confront about it, he didn't know what was wrong or what he could do. He sighed, running his hands through his hair as he attempted to finish the stack of papers on his desk, but simply couldn't. He realized he'd have to do something about this, and he'd have to do it soon.
Prussia was in her room lying on her bed as she stared at the ceiling above her blankly. Her long white hair lay spread around her every which way, currently tangled from lack of attention. She was wearing her pajamas from two nights before, unwilling to even change her clothes. She sighed deeply. There was a knock at her door, but she lay unmoving, ignoring it. After a few minutes the door opened, creaking softly as her brother stepped into her room.
"What do you want, West?" She asked, continuing to stare at the ceiling.
Germany made his way towards her to find a seat at the edge of her bed. "What's wrong, schwester?"
Prussia stayed silent before turning on her side, her back to him. "I shouldn't be alive, Ludwig."
Germany's face went pale, saying in a choked voice, "Don't say that, Julchen."
She sat up, turning to face him, "But it's true, I'm not a nation anymore, I don't even have any territory. I have no purpose, I shouldn't even be here and you know it, Lud." She looked down smiling sadly before grabbing a revolver from her bed stand, "I might as well take my life now." Germany reached for the gun but she kicked him back. "Let me do this, West! I have no reason to live anymore!"
"Just shut up! I don't want to hear you talk like that!" Germany roared, grabbing her arms and squeezing them firmly.
"Bruder! Ouch, that hurts." Prussia tried to yank away but to no avail, his grip just tightened.
"Jul, I'm warning you now, drop the gun." Germany said menacingly. She dropped the gun, scowling, and was surprised to be pulled into a tight hug. "You do have a reason to live, without you I couldn't stay alive. I don't know what I'd do without you. You are my big schwester, I need you to be here for me. And I'm not the only one, what do you think Francis and Antonio would do without you? You mean a lot to all of us, Jul, especially me... please realize that before it's too late."
A tear ran down her cheek, and in mere seconds she was sobbing, clinging to him. "I-I need you too! I-I'm sorry! I-It's just so h-hard!"
"I know..." he said softly, pulling her closer."Ich liebe dich, schwester."
"Ich liebe dich auch, bruder. Danke..."
Depending on how I feel there might be more to this but I'm really busy so if you care to hear more I'll need reviews. - Alice
