Percy's Regrets
Percy Weasley regrets many things.
He regrets not getting to know his family better.
He regrets spending so much time studying when he could have been having fun.
He regrets that he looked down on his twin brothers because of their constant joking.
He regrets being so dedicated to his work.
He regrets being such a stickler for rules.
He regrets telling his brother, Ron, that he should 'sever ties' with Harry Potter.
He regrets stopping Ginny from telling Harry about the Chamber of Secrets.
He regrets thinking that his older brothers were too easy-going.
He regrets being too uptight.
He regrets that he told his father that he wasn't ambitious enough.
He regrets leaving his family.
He regrets that he stayed with the ministry.
He regrets not believing in the return of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.
He regrets that there is now no good way to get out of the corupt ministry and onto the right side of the war.
He regrets that the institution in which he put so much trust is now run by You Know Who.
Most of all, he regrets not living up to his house.
He regrets not being as brave as a Gryffindor should be.
He regrets not being brave enough to make a difference.
Author's note: This is part of a series called Reflections. They are about characters reflecting on a bunch of different things. There are seven more. They are about Luna, Snape, George, James, Remus, and Dudley. I am asking for suggestions of characters whose reflections you want to see. I will dedicate the story to you if you suggest a character, as well as sending you a message when I put the story up if you sign your review. Please be nice and give me suggestions. I promise to respond to every review.
