An Axis Powers Hetalia fanfic
DISCLAIMER: I do not own Hetalia.
Author's Note: Based on the news that I have saw on the Yahoo! Philippines site (see below). This one's here is a short fanfic. Unfortunately, I do not have much time to make some current event-related fanfics.
It was a rainy day here. But Cainta is headed towards Liechtenstein's house via airplane. She's got enough money for a taxi ride, a boarding pass, and of course, money for her drinking water.
When she arrived in Liechtenstein's house, the man of the house informed her that she is going to wait, so she had to sit on a beautiful couch. And, serving some tea to replenish her throat.
When she reads her favorite book that is given by Switzerland, she heard footsteps. It was Liechtenstein, holding some papers that is given to her boss, but suddenly it was about to fell down.
"My lady please, let me help you with some papers. Are you okay?" she told her.
"I'm okay. Thank you." she replied.
After this, the papers are now put into the coffee table and they begin to talk as Cainta sits down. She adjusts her glasses and pour some of the tea from the cup.
"I have heard to your brother earlier. Piri's boss tell me via email."
"What do you mean? And what's with the meaning of Piri?"
"Philippines. That's her name for short."
"I see."
When Cainta saw a tower-like pile of paper, she told her.
"What's with those papers?"
"Oh this? My boss told me that I will recognize same-sex couples with a civil partnership law. And I shall receive them the same tax, inheritance and welfare rights."
"Wow."
"And, it also comes with marriage following a referedum."
"That's good."
Cainta tasted the tea, and it tastes like something.
"That tea tastes good. Austria bought this for you?"
"Yes. In fact Austria's tea was as delicious as even if he delivers a single pack just for me. Last year on his birthday, I taste it for the first time."
"I really wish I have one, but my tea is containing L-Carnatine, an element which I could decrease my weight. And its lemon-orange flavored."
During their warm conversation, Switzerland comes home. And the Eastern Defender greets him with respect, then she examines Switzerland's rifle to detect some dents or damage.
Then, she informed him to join with his little sister, about the new law that she made for her boss.
"Wow, I didn't know that you just did."
"Yes big brother. It was my entire job."
Meanwhile in the kitchen, the Eastern Defender found a newspaper tabloid, and she reads the headline: Liechtenstein 'yes' vote for civil partnerships.
With this, Cainta practically reads this, and but to no avail, she returns to the living room, continuing the conversation that Liechtenstein has it for her.
"Well, it looks like everything's in place just like a trump card flipping over, but I will not. Maybe Liechtenstein will do the thing for her boss..."
