Kairi sighed as she sat on the pier of destiny islands looking down at her, Sora and Riku's boats. She heard a shout come from behind her.
Sora: Hey, Kairi watcha' doin out here?
Kairi turned around slowly and looked up at him
Kairi: oh I just thinking. Where's Riku?
Sora: I dunno I thought he might be with you..
Kairi's usual happy glow left her. Sure Riku was her friend but sometimes she wanted to be more... She never rally felt that close to anybody even Sora, but to have these feelings about Riku was new to her.
Kairi: well you wanna help me find him?
Kairi said after she stood up.
Sora: sure! So they went looking for Riku but when they were looking for him they found a man wearing all black with a red cape on with long black hair injured, leant against a wall. Kairi and Sora gasped but then Kairi ran over to him.
Kairi: Hey, you ok.
Man: yeah I think so...
Kairi then pulled off his cape and shirt and tended to the wound that was on his chest.
The man winced in pain as Kairi placed a cloth damp with salt water on his cut.
Kairi: sorry if this hurts put it'll make it better...I think...
The man nodded slowly at her words.
Kairi: Sora, go get help!
With that Sora ran off to go and find help.
Kairi: So.. Um who are you? I'm Kairi.
Man: My names Vincent Valentine.
Kairi: So um.. Vincent what are you doin here?
Vincent:.I don't know...
Vincent suddenly felt a jolt of pain in his head and clutched his head violently throwing Kairi off him and landing on the floor, hitting her head, which knocks her out.
After a while Vincent let go of his head then looked at Kairi. He slowly started walking towards her..
