Chapter 2 "I have my reasons…"
After that stunning day of the mystery girl, Brandon wanted to know who she was. Was she known? Was he just seeing things? Well, what was her name!? He wanted to know this girl…and if he could ever see her again.
Lauren woke up, blazing loud alarm clock…well the usual. But she didn't feel usual she felt different. Ever sense that meeting with that boy, she felt a little funny. Like a feeling that she had never in her life felt before, could it me nerves from her exam? Could it have been something she ate? No, no. It was something else, except it was a little bit of every feeling….love. How could she know from just a 30 second meeting with this boy? Well love is a mystery.
The bell went off. Time for calculus. See this wouldn't have been such a coincidence if they had hadn't be in the same class. "Oh my god, Lauren isn't that the guy you were talking about?" Kelsey said. "Kelsey I think your right, oh my gosh, he's coming over here, umm what do I do!?" Lauren was in panic mode. "Umm Lauren just take deep breaths and just act natural." Ok, I can do this Lauren, just deep breaths like she said…." Lauren thought. "Hey, umm I never got your name." Brandon was starting a normal conversation when Lauren started screaming."AHH I REALLY HAVE TO GO!!"
Brandon was left puzzled.
3:00 FINAL BELL, Brandon was going home when he felt a sudden tap on the shoulder. He jumped. "Hey I'm sorry for freaking out in calculus, I-I, well….err. Deep breath Can I make it up to you?" Lauren said in a shaky voice. "Yeah I have been meaning to talk to you. Look can we just start over? Brandon said. "I would like that, hi I'm Lauren" "Hi I'm Brandon. Can I walk you home?" "Shore, I live in 30 crest lane."
The following week they became close friends. Brandon was going to make his move. He went up to Lauren "hey umm…I kind of would want to know if you wanted to ...err maybe go to the movies???" "Sorry no I'm busy" "why won't you go?" "I have my reasons….
