Osamu was dead now, the family could only cry
Ken wanted him to say "bye-bye", but now he was askin' why
Then along came an e-mail, one mysterious day
And told him of a new world where he could laugh and play
And so he took that ol' Digivice, and went right through that gate
And dipped it into that black pool, and saw his new fate
He got in that neato get-up, and with an evil glare in his eye,
He said, "You fools will all pay, cuz' the Digiworld's MINE!!"

With his Dark Rings and Dark Towers, Ken was having a good time,
Even though poor Wormmon was being treated like slime
Then while he was just playin', something had to come up
It was the 02 Digidestined, ready to kick butt
They broke all his rings, he was feeling mighty blue
He threw everything at them, and kidnapped Agumon too
He hated those Digimentals, and then thought of it
And stated, "Why not make my own Digimon, dad gum it?"

Ken let them have their little fun, while he was buying some time
He gathered some Digimon parts, and played "Frankenstein"
Devimon warned him severely, about the darkness inside
But what can a voice do, and so pushed it aside
And he let loose his pet, Chimeramon the freak
The thing was kickin' their heinies, it was all too sweet
Ken left them alone, and went to town to town fast
While Chimeramon was doing the "Godzilla" act

The Digidestined went in, and fought 'till their problem was solved
Davis found the Miracles Digimental, and had V-Mon Armor Digivolve
Magnamon was so rad, but Chimeramon was too
Wormmon couldn't take it, and knew just what to do,
He gave his energy away, and Magnamon did the job
Ken was taught a hard lesson, and he could only just sob
He held Wormmon in his arms, and after his poor buddy died,
Ken went all depressed, and the only thing to do was to cry

Ken was back safe at home, and remembered the time
Osamu taught him how to blow bubbles big and wide
But we're repeating history here, so let's cut to the chase
He went back to find Wormmon, but no one could stand his face
Ken begged for forgiveness, but that didn't work at all
He was drowned in sorrow, and could only manage to crawl
Then his crest began to glow, and out popped his old friend
Little Leafmon was reborn, Ken was happy again
