Kurama and the Seven Demons
Once upon a time, in a kingdom located in an alternate universe, a gorgeous demon lived. He was more beautiful than a full moon on a clear evening night, and was considered the fairest of all in the entire countryside. Unfortunately, his vanity overtook his beauty; and his evil heart grew, and grew. Soon enough, he had killed his mate, the king, and took the throne for himself. He threw the king's son into servitude, and made sure the young prince could not take back the throne. The kingdom feared the queen and her black magic. Soon enough, no one dared rumor about the demon or the prince's situation, in fear they would be killed. And so, the kingdom grew in horror, and lived silently in terror, as the demon's vanity ruled on.
Kurama ran out into the courtyard, smiling at the morning sun. He breathed all the scents around him in, feeling a calm tranquility as he started off his day. The red haired beauty grabbed a broom that was nearby, and started sweeping all the leaves off the pavement. Unbeknownst to him, a figure was creeping in the shadows.
In the castle's tallest tower, a man sat on the balcony, watching over his kingdom, and the person in the courtyard. The demon sneered at the prince, hating the creature for his humble nature.
"There is no place for a demon like that in my kingdom. Too bad I promised his father I wouldn't do anything to him," the demon said.
He walked back into his private room, looming toward the giant, oval-shaped mirror on the wall. His long blue hair and big pink eyes shone gloriously in the looking-glass, making the demon smile. He loved gazing at himself in his magic mirror.
"Mirror, mirror on my wall. Who's the fairest one of all?" said the demon. A second later, smoke started appearing in the mirror. A second more, and a man shone on the other side, looking back at the demon.
"Good morning, Lord Shi Shi," bowed the man.
"Suzuki, tell me who's the fairest bishounen of all of Makai?" Lord Shi Shi asked.
Suzuki kept his sigh to himself, "You are, my lord. You have always been, and will always be."
The demon smiled back at his old companion-turned-servant, "And am I not the most popular bishounen of all of Makai?"
Suzuki wanted to punch Shi Shi so bad, "Why of course you are."
Don't worry! I'll have more up soon. I'm just tired. (It's 11.06PM right now. . .)
