It seems so long since I locked the door to Kingdom Hearts, but I know for you it must seem infinitely longer. I remember looking in your eyes as I closed the door. Drinking in every detail, I knew that it would be the last I saw of you for awhile.
I wish I could have told you. I love Kairi, in a way, but she is not you. Kairi is to naïve, I may be innocent in many things but I can never go back to what I was.
I know that when you escape you won't be the same Riku I knew from Destiny Island but that's alright, I'm not the same Sora you knew either.
I will find the door to Kingdom Hearts and I just have to remember, Kingdom Hearts is light, and it is always darkest before dawn.
