Hey Arnold - The End of the World
Arnold was alone in his room without the lights on because someone tossed a rock at the light
bulb. He was alone and he had nothing to do. It was almost the end of the word and Gerald was
outside hurt, but Arnold didn't notice. He looked outside and cried as he saw alot of explosives
and fire. He then saw his best friend, Gerald, lying on the flood, bleeding on his right cheek.
Arnold wanted to save Gerald, but there was something blocking the door like a log or a
boulder.
Arnold couldn't help trying to save Gerald. He couldn't just see him die right on the ground
with people kicking him and fire trying to burn him. So he went in front of the door and he
punched a hole in the door without even noticing. The door was all cracked up so he could
punch holes in it to get out of the house with his grandpa and grandma also everyone in his
apartment. He kept kicking the door and finally the door broke into peices and he jumped over a
big log that was blocking the door. He ran in front of Gerald which was lying on the ground
outside in the middle of the street. A garbage truck was crashing and he almost ran over Gerald
but Arnold picked up Gerald and he ran to the sidewalk. "Gerald!" Arnold cried. "Gerald! Are you
awake? Please don't be dead. Please don't!" Gerald gave a little moan and he said, weakly, "Ar-
Arnold? Is that you?" he couldn't hardly see because he was too weak to open his eyes or move.
"Yes," Arnold replied. "It's me, Arnold. I'll put you somewhere safe. I'll fight the bullies
that are kicking you. I think the neuclear had made them crazy or something." Arnold placed
Gerald right on the ground on the sidewalk and there was a bully who came up to Arnold to
beat him up. Arnold cracked his knuckles and he laughed. "Want to fight?" he said. "Fight me,
but don't fight Gerald and beat him!" The bully threw a punch to Arnold's right cheek but
Arnold grabbed the bully's arm before he could even punch and he said to the bully that was
fighting him, "I've been practicing fighting myself ever since bullies in my school like you
were beating me up and I had nothing to do so I had to fight, except giving them advice to not
to fight me because it is wrong but they couldn't listen so I had to fight and win." Arnold
gave a punch to the bullie's stomach and the bully fell flat on the ground, groaning and
moaning.
All the bullies were screaming and they ran away from Arnold and Gerald but they still had
neuclear waste on them which made them crazy. "Arnold," Gerald finally said, not weakly. I never
knew you could fight like that!" He got up and thanked Arnold for saving him. The clouds opened
up and there was a man floating in the air, but standing up with a halo on his head. He had long
hair and he was wearing a white robe with brown sandles. "Hello," the man said to everyone.
"I'm Jesus, the son of God. I've come to bring you all up to where you belong." Rain poured on
everyone and everyone was all good. "I'm come to bring you to Heaven," he said. Everyone was
floating in the air to rise up to Heaven. "You'll be dead, but you'll be in Heaven where
everything is peaceful," Jesus said. Arnold and Gerald gasped but they were smiling because they
would be in a wonderful and peaceful place. The earth exploded and everyone was floating in the
air, only their spirits, and they were rising up to heaven.
