"Elena, wait!" I desperately yelled. She wouldn't even turn around, just kept walking in her angry state. Frustrated, I punched the lockers that were behind me, startling several students near by. I exhaled once, trying to calm myself down. When that didn't work, I took myself outside.
And I ran.
And I didn't stop running, until- "Hello?" it was a girl's voice; she had a light accent, and her voice was smooth as silk.
I smelled her before I saw her, lilac and honeysuckle. It was intoxicating. The scent got stronger with each step she took toward me - twigs cracked underfoot. I turned around slowly, she was no more than five feet from me. Raven hair that fell around her face in curls, piercing green eyes with silky, ivory skin.
"Hello." she said again, with a smile on her plump, baby pink lips. Instead of being the Southern gentleman that I was raised to be, forgetting all my manners, and losing all my thoughts apart from one: "What are you?" I said aloud.
She giggled. "That's not important at the moment, now is it?" she asked, her brow raised. I let out a breath that I was holding and regretted it instantly; her scent was all around me, it fizzed into my mind and I couldn't release it - it was overwhelming me.
I knew my eyes had darkened, but that didn't scare her away; quite the contrary. Before I knew it she was only an inch away and my arms were around her. All the while, she had a playful smile on her face. She traced my bottom lip with her finger and I licked it.
Her skin so sweet.
I never wanted my mouth to depart from her body. Her skin seemed to glow in contrast of the sundress she was wearing. "What's your name?" I questioned, beyond curious.
And slowly, she answered: "Bliss."
I nodded, even more intrigued, and smirked. "It fits."
She raised a quizzical brow. "Why don't you just shut up and kiss me already?"
She didn't need to say it twice. I pressed my lips to hers, then-we were gone. I opened my eyes to a completely different place. I was utterly confused. "Where are we?" I demanded. The place looked like something out of Pixie Hollow.
"I want you to touch me." she pressed her body against mine, ignoring the question completely, and grabbed my hand, placing it on her chest. I couldn't deny the tension between us, nor even try to resist her. So I kissed her again. And it was magic...literally.
