How did Alice not see them coming? The wolves didn't smell their scent. It's just not possible that Edward didn't hear them. Bella stood with shield over her family as the field filled with the volture. Considering they were about to be destroyed by the group of shape shifting wolves and protective family members. They seemed very relaxed.

"This isn't about the child." Aro looked at the group. "We are here for a peaceful mission you could say."

"Peaceful and that means what to you?" Jacob growled.

"Stop." Alice looked at them all. "It's about her isn't it?"

"Her indeed. Are you willing to help us?" Aro asked.

"Yes." Alice answered and there were growls and howls and hisses from the group. "Soren?"

"She doesn't speak." Heidi brought forward the girl. "She's never spoken."

The wolves froze as the light green eyes fell on them. But became protective when they fell on Leigh. The girl looked at Heidi with a smile and Heidi let her go. She was at leigh in a flash and just looked at her and reached her hand out. Bella tackled her protectively.

"Leigh she's like you! Can't you see she's found someone like her." Edward yelled and Soren moved away.

"SOREN NO!" Aro cried out and she ran. "We must find her. If they find her it's over everything is over."

Soren found herself at a small cabin that looked like it hadn't seen a visitor in at least a decade. Her mind drifted to the image of a woman with long dark hair and a man pale and hard as stone. But an unbelievable love that they shared. Tears poured out as she knelt by a charred fire mark. "Papa." She whispered.

Esme knelt across from her. "Is this were you lived?"Soren went to run but stopped at the kindness that was in Esme's eyes. With a slight nod of her head Soren touched the ashes.

"Papa." She looked up at her again.

"Where is your mother?" Esme moved next to her. Soren shook her head and cried.

"Esme." Carlisle pointed to the cabin.

"Soren, is that your real name?" Esme asked and she shook her head again.

"C C Cas Cassie." She stuttered. "A A Al ALt Altera."
