Story Summary: In the middle of the night during a wicked thunderstorm outside…someone rouses Sarah from her sleep…
It was dark and storming outside the small apartment where Sarah now called her home. She had long ago given up her childish fantasies…although her one constant that would never change was her vanity mirror…with it she still kept in touch with her Labyrinth friends like Hoggle, Sir Didymus, and even sweet Ludo ( who was usually accompanied by one or both of the aforementioned friends) …. Sometimes there was even a goblin or two that always popped up to cause some minor mischief. Anyway back to the original story….
A small boy around four years old with slightly untamable blond hair wandered bleary eyed into Sarah's room….he was quite the cute child always getting praises from Karen or Robert….
He shakes Sarah slightly…she rouses and looks at the boy. He looks back at her slightly more alert than before with an unspoken plea. She sighs and says "Alright come on, I know you aren't going to go back to your own bed." He smiles as he climbs up and into her grasp, quickly falling asleep. A voice soon keeps her from joining him…. "You know Sarah; our son will never learn to be independent if you keep babying him." She sighs once again, "I know I can't help it sometimes, he has your eyes after all Jareth." She gives a sweet kiss on his cheek and says "Good night my love". The aforementioned voice now revealed as Jareth, King of the Goblins, smiled softly and replies, "Good night, Precious" as he too settles back to sleep.
THE END!
LabrynthQueen: how many of you all thought it was Toby at first….lol gotcha! This was just something I came up with one insomniac filled night…wasn't even storming or anything. Lol
